At LaceMade, we want you to feel enchanting in every piece; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and lace intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original LaceMade packaging, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
